Abstract

The need for health makes the development of many hospitals currently spread in various regions in Indonesia, one of which is the city of Semarang. In improving competitiveness, Tugurejo Hospital in Semarang seeks to improve patient satisfaction by improving employee performance to provide good quality health services. Based on the problems of nurses at Tugurejo General Hospital, they did not help each other in doing work, nurses with high competence did not help nurses who still lacked competence and presurvey results obtained from the personnel section of Tugurejo Hospital Semarang that nurses at Tugurejo Hospital Semarang were incompetent in handling patients until the number of patients who complain is increasing. The results of this study are that there is an influence of the competence of nurses with OCB. Keywords: Nurses competency, OCB, Tugurejo General Hospital Semarang
