Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi person organization fit dan person job fit pada CV. Kurnia. Sampelnya adalah karyawan dari CV. Kurnia berjumlah 13 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik sensus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa persepsi karyawan terhadap person job fit termasuk kategori tinggi dan persepsi karyawan terhadap person organization fit termasuk tinggi
