Abstract

This study is triggered by the fact that Indonesia is placed on 13th from 14 Asian-Pasific Country with 51 percent population internet user who buying with online services. Online services are a delivery method using internet media as a support. Food is popular thing that sent using online services. Because of online ordering risk, the user must have a good knowledge, attitude, and perception about food safety and food quality. The study aims to find correlation of knowledge, attitude, and perception toward safety and quality of the food ordered by online service in the circle of Unika Soegijapranata female students. This study divided into literation study, preelimenary survey and primary survey. In literature study, questionnaires were made for preliminary research. In preelimenary survey were conducted randomly to 20 master student and lecturer who understand food safety and food quality. Result of the preliminary research were analyzed using validity and reliability test and corrected the unvalid question. In primary research, interviews were conducted to 98 female student which divided into 49 female student lived in dorm, and 49 female student lived in house. The result of primary research analyzed with relationship test using Chi Square method, and spearman method. From Chi square method was found that food quality toward aroma, food quality perception toward flavor, and food safety perception toward flavor which correlate with female student residance. From Spearman method was found that the factors which have very strong correlation are food safety knowledge and food safety perception. The perception about food quality and safety have a strong correlate.
