Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja, dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap kinerja Karyawan. Didalam penelitian ini terdapat 4 variabel yang terdiri dari 3 variabel independent yaitu Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja, Budaya Organisasi dan 1 variabel dependent yaitu Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini adalah deskripsi atau ga,baran mengenai Disiplin Kerja, Budaya Organisasi dan Kinerja Karyawan CV. jaya Maju termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Ada hubungan antara Disiplin Kerja, Budaya Organisasi dan Kinerja Karyawan CV. Jaya Maju.
