Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh stress kerja terhadap keinginan untuk keluar (intention to leave) karyawan Taoco Bulan Samudera. teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode penelitian Sensus yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian pada seluruh populasi karyawan. sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 57 orang karyawan
