Abstract
Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana Roka dapat mengembangkan usahanya dengan menggunakan Business Model Canvas. Dengan BMC ini, ROKA diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan strategi yang telah dirancang untuk memperluas pangsa pasar, meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen, dan mencapai pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan dalam jangka panjang.
