Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Untuk mengetahui tanggapan responden mengenai motivasi, pelatihan dan pengembangan dan prestasi kerja (2) Untuk mengetahui apakah pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT Restomart Cipta Usaha Semarang dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel moderating. Data primer dengan kuesioner. Menggunakan Skala Likert dalam pengumpulan data. Alat analisisnya adalah analisis statistik deksriptif dan analisis inferensial.
