Abstract

Kehilangan bahan pangan yang sebenarnya masih layak dikonsumsi dapat terjadi pada berbagai tahapan pengolahan yaitu penyimpanan, preparasi dan penyajian masakan. Hal ini terjadi karena kesalahan pengangan selama proses yang merupakan inefisiensi penggunaan bahan pangan.
