Abstract
In today’s fast-paced business environment, large companies must deliver optimal performance and ensure quality in serving their customers and managing their business processes. This requires tools that enable employees to work swiftly and efficiently. PT Hartono Istana Teknologi (HIT), a leading electronics company in Indonesia, faces challenges with its accounting journal records for showroom sales, as the existing program does not sufficiently simplify employees’ tasks. To address this issue, this research proposes the development of a Consignment Transaction (CT) program. This program will be run in Artemis, the web that PT HIT uses for its business operation. Using the waterfall method, the study will also include observations, interviews, and questionnaires to gather valuable information from PT HIT users’. The expected outcome is a significant improvement in user productivity, ensuring that work processes are efficient and effective. This program will allow employees to complete their tasks faster than the previous manual system and produce more reliable reports.
