Abstract

PT Richtex Garmindo is a company that performs business in export and import in producing special clothing for babies and children. PT Richtex Garmindo is currently experiencing a decrease in performance due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Currently, PT Richtex Garmindo is struggling to keep the company operating during the Covid-19 pandemic. The communication used is business communication in maintaining good relations both with the employees and business partners, namely PT Pan Brothers Tbk. This study used qualitative research methods. This study describes the practices of business communication by PT Richtex Garmindo in maintaining good relations both with the employees and business partners. The informants involved in this research were the production manager and HRD manager of PT Richtex Garmindo and one of the staff of PT Pan Brothers. This research concludes that business communication occurs in maintaining good relations between employees appears in several such aspects as sharing problems, helping each other and supporting colleagues and subordinates in working together as a team mates, supported by good interpersonal communication. The business relationships and interpersonal communication between the staff of PT Richtex Garmindo and PT Pan Brothers during the Covid-19 pandemic are also fine and smooth so that currently the cooperation of medical masks production continues to run well
