Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara quality leader member exchange (Q_LMX) dengan organizational justice. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan positif antara quality leader member exchange (Q_LMX) dengan organizational justice, bila Q_LMX tinggi maka organizational justice pun tinggi, begitu pula sebaliknya. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 88 orang karyawan bagian produksi organisasi X. Pengambilan data menggunakan dua macam skala yaitu skala Q_LMX dan skala organizational justice. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah korelasi product moment Pearson. Hipotesis penelitian diterima, ada hubungan positif antara Q_LMX dan organizational justice. Hasil perhitungan statistik sebesar rxy = 0.700 dengan (p<0.01) sangat signifikan. Kata kunci : quality leader member exchange (Q_LMX), organizational justice.
