Abstract

This study aims to determine factors that influence consumers’ decision upon using the online food delivery service Go-Food. This research uses quantitative analysis, specifically factor analysis which is a part of descriptive analysis. Primary data in this research are obtained using questionnaires via Google Forms with the criteria for respondents being that respondents must have experience of using the Go-Food app 30 days prior at most from the date of filling the research questionnaire. Nine (9) factors are formed from 37 variables obtained from the study’s pre-survey: (1) Relability, with a percentage of variance of 32.020%, (2) Lifestyle, with a percentage of variance of 6.537%, (3) Flexibility, with a percentage of variance of 6.158%, (4) User Interface, with a percentage of variance of 5.109%, (5) Practicality, wirh a percentage of variance of 4.349%, (6) Promotion, with a percentage of variance of 3.510%, (7) Accessibility to food, with a percentage of vaariance of 3.087%, (8) Curiosity, with a percentage of variance of 2.981%, and (9) Lack of vehicle, with a percentage of variance of 2.791%.
