Abstract
Pada laporan tugas akhir ini dikaji tentang Motor Switched Reluctance. Tujuan pemilihan motor ini sebagai motor elektrik dibandingkan dengan motor yang lain, dikarenakan rangkaiannya yang lebih sederhana dan efisien dengan tidak menggunakan magnet pada rotornya. Tugas akhir yang dibuat menggunakan motor induksi bekas yang dimodifikasi baik dari konstruksi rotornya maupun statornya. Secara konstruksi, motor yang akan dirancang terdiri dari 4 kutub rotor dan 6 kutub stator. Di dalam motor ini juga dilengkapi sensor hall effect untuk mendeteksi posisi rotor yang dipasang dengan jarak 120o. Driver yang digunakan untuk memutar serta mengatur kecepatan motor berupa inverter tiga fasa, dan sistem kontrol digitalnya menggunakan mikrokontroller dsPIC30f2020 untuk mengatur waktu hidup matinya saklar pada inverter. Kata Kunci : Inverter, Switched Reluctance Motor, dsPIC30F2020.
