Abstract

Kinerja adalah hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas yang dicapai oleh seorang pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang diberikan kepadanya. Faktor yang mempengaruhi pencapaian kinerja terdiri dari banyak faktor, diantaranya yaitu budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja.
