Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara resiliensi dengan work engagement pada Manajer. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah “Ada hubungan antara resiliensi dengan work engagement pada manajer”. Subjek penelitian adalah manajer yang bekerja di Jakarta, Semarang, Solo, dan Sumedang dengan kriteria memiliki masa kerja sebagai manajer minimal dua tahun. Alat ukur digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah The Utrecht Work Engagement (UWES) dan Resilience at Work Scale (RAW). Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional yang dianalisis dengan Pearson Product Moment. Hasil uji hipotesis diketahui nilai koefisien korelasi rxy: 0,459 dengan signifikansi 0,000 (p<0,001) menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis diterima. Maka artinya, adanya hubungan positif antara resiliensi dengan work engagement pada manajer.
