Abstract

Inovasi produk Basreng Pandarow melakukan inovasi basreng dari rasa, bentuk, ukuran kemasan, dan kemasan untuk memenuhi harapan dan persepsi konsumen. Banyak yang perlu dikembangkan agar menciptakan varian baru pada produk Basreng Pandarow. Peneliti memerlukan teori terkait Tahapan Proses Inovasi menurut buku Harvard Business Essentials Mananging Creativity and Inovation digunakan pada teori dari (Luecke,2003); idea generation, opportunity recignition, idea evaluation, development, dan commercialization untuk menghasilkan serta menciptakan varian baru terhadap produk Basreng Pandarow sehingga dapat berkembang dan dipasarkan
