Abstract
This thesis aims to describe the cultural diversity represented in Raya and The Last Dragon (Estrada & Hall, 2021). It is a film about a girl named Raya who defends a dragon jewel from a greedy people, so that Kumandra village is not affected by the curse, but she is betrayed by her friend. Cultural diversity is the focus of this thesis because the film shows the uniqueness of Southeast Asian cultures. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, which describes the kinds of Southeast Asian cultures represented in the movie. The researcher focuses on the physical character, clothing, food, environment, architectural buildings, and weapons. The finding suggests that Raya and The Last Dragon (Estrada & Hall, 2021) well exhibits all of the aspects above.
