Abstract

P<3nelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan terhadap based supervisory leadership. Subyek dalam penelitian Inl adalah 28 orang supervisor PT Primatexco Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen. Based Supervisory Leadeship Training adalah sebuah program pelatihan yang didesain untuk mengembangkan kemampuan dasar kepemimpinan supervisor dengan mengunakan prinsip belajar mengalami (experential/earning) dan belajar dengan melakukan (learning by doing). Melalui program ini diharapkan supervisor tidak hanya berpartisipasi sebagai peserta pelati 8J tetapi juga erla i sebagai pemimpin kelompok. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada perbeAaan yang sangat signifikan antara sebelum Clan sesudah pelatihan (iZ = -3,688 dengan p < 001). Hasil analisis data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan based supervisory leadership ini efektif untuk mengembangkan kemampuan kepemimpinan superviso PT Primatexco .indonesia
