Abstract
Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan antara locus of control dengan job insecurity pada karyawan bank. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah ada hubungan negatif antara locus of control dengan job insecurity pada karyawan bank. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 30 orang yang diambil dengan cara incidental sampling, dengan karakteristik karyawan bank yang berstatus pegawai kontrak. Metode pengumpulan data berupa Skala Job Insecurity dan Skala Locus of Control. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment Pearson. Hasil penelitian adalah ada hubungan negatif antara locus of control dengan job insecurity pada karyawan bank. Dengan demikian, hipotesis diterima.
