Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kepatuhan karyawan terhadap Deskripsi pekerjaan dan kepatuhan karyawan terhadap Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) di Unit Kampoeng Kopi Banaran. Sampel pada penelitian ini diambil di Unit Kampoeng Kopi Banaran Semarang. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan kuisioner , wawancara 6 responden yang merupakan karyawan Unit Kampoeng Kopi Banaran Semarang, dan juga dokumentasi kegiatan. Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah dengan metode penelitian kualitatif - Analisis Deskriptif
