Abstract
Saat ini konsumen menganggap bahwa kopi menjadi salah satu kebutuhan sebelum memmulai kesibukan mereka, atau sebagai teman dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan mereka. Banyak coffee shop yang muncul di dekat sekolah, kawasan perkantoran atau di daerah yang mudah dijangkau oleh semua kalangan.
