Abstract

Di kota Semarang sendiri pet owner cukup sulit dalam mencari pet Grooming yang dapat dipanggil ke rumah, karena rata - rata pet Grooming " GROOMIE " hadir untuk menangani masalah yang dialami pet owner dalam merawat bulu hewan kesayangan. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk menyusun perancangan bisnis Groomie ditinjau dari lima aspek yaitu : aspek pemasaran, aspek produksi/operasi, aspek sumber daya manusia, aspek teknologi dan informasi, dan aspek keuangan yang dapat dijadikan sebagai suatu acuan dalam mendirikan suatu bisnis
