Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif Perceived Usefulness (manfaat yang diterima) terhadap penerapan e-commerce di UKM kota Semarang, untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif Perceived Easy of Use (kemudahan penggunaan) terhadap penerapan e-commerce di UKM kota Semarang, untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif Behavioral Intention of Use (intensi untuk menggunakan) terhadap penerapan e-commerce di UKM kota Semarang, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif Actual System Usage(penggunaan sesungguhnya) terhadap penerapan e-commerce di UKM kota Semarang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Purposive Sampling. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu Perceived usefulness berpengaruh positif terhadap penerapan e-commerce di UKM kota Semarang, Perceived easy of use berpengaruh positif terhadap penerapan e-commerce di UKM kota Semarang, Behavioral intention to use tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerapan e-commerce di UKM kota Semarang, dan Actual system usage berpengaruh positif terhadap penerapan e-commerce di UKM kota Semarang. Kata Kunci : E-Commerce, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Easy Of Use, Behavioral Intention Of Use, Actual System Usage
