Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Beban kerja Dan Pengembangan Karir terhadap Stres kerja Karyawan Bagian Penjualan PT Astra Internasional Daihatsu Tbk Semarang . Penelitian ini menggunakan 36 responden yang merupakan karyawan bagian penjualan Astra internasional Daihatsu Semarang . Penentuan responden melalui teknik sensus atau semua populasi dijadikan sampel, dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini dikaji secara kuantitatif menggunakan skala likert dalam lima tingkatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Stres kerja dengan nilai siginifikansi sebesar 0,001 < α (0,05). Pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap stres kerja dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,024 < α (0,05). Beban kerja dan Pengembangan Karir secara bersamaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap stres kerja dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 < α (0,05) dan nilai dari F hitung sebesar 29.148 lebih besar dari F tabel yaitu sebesar 3,35 . This study aims to find out how the influence of Workload and Career Development on Employee Stress Sales Division PT Astra Daihatsu Semarang. This study used 36 respondents who were employees of the sales department of PT Astra Daihatsu Semarang. Determination of respondents through census techniques or all populations sampled, with methods of collecting data using a questionnaire. This research was studied quantitatively using a Likert scale in five levels. The results showed that the workload had a significant effect on work stress with a significance value of 0.001 <α (0.05). Career development has a significant effect on work stress with a significance value of 0.024 <α (0.05). Workload and Career Development simultaneously have a significant effect on work stress with a significance value of 0.000 <α (0.05) and the value of F count is 29.148 greater than F table which is equal to 3.35
