Abstract

This research is done because of the growing food online delivery services. Go-food is one of the developments of Gojek (Ojek Online) which provides food delivery services. From this phenomenon, researchers want to know the knowledge, perceptions and attitudes of consumers on the Quality and Food Safety of online services. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge, perceptions and attitudes of students to quality and food safety. This research is divided into four major sections: literature study, preliminary survey, main survey, and relationship test. In the preliminary survey, questionnaires distributed to 20 respondents who have understood the quality and food safety of magister students and lecturers of Food Technology. The pre-survey answer was made as the Golden Standard on the main questionnaire. The answer later tested with the validity and realibility test. Having a valid and reliable question, the main survey is done by questioned98 of Unika Soegijapranata’s students. Which is then divided equally between students who live in the house and who live in boarding house. The calculation of the number of samples used in the study using the Slovin formula with the total population of active bachelor students who have been registered until the academic year 2017/2018. The main survey results were tested by descriptive test, Chi Square test, and Spearman test. Based on the results obtained, knowledge of good quality supports the perception of the good quality as well, but the knowledge of food safety has a relationship that is not in line with the perception of food security. The attitude of respondents have a direct relationship with the respondent's perception of food safety. No association was found while examining the relationship between student residence and the questionnaire. Then testof aspect of the question regardless of where the student lives.On the question of knowledge aspects of security and quality have a strong relation and on the aspect of the perception question of security and quality has found a relation.
