Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis anteseden dan konsekuensi employee engagement. Sampel penelitian adalah 65 karyawan Starbucks Coffee yang berada di Semarang. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) Job characteristics berpengaruh pada job engagement tetapi tidak berpengaruh pada organization engagement. (2) Perceived organizational support dan perceived supervisor support berpengaruh pada employee engagement. (3) Rewards and recognition tidak berpengaruh pada employee engagement. (4) Procedural justice dan distributive justice tidak berpengaruh pada job engagement tetapi berpengaruh pada organization engagement. (5) Employee engagement berpengaruh pada job satisfaction, organizational commitment, intention to quit dan organizational citizenship behavior.
