Abstract
Ekosistem pantai paling rentan terhadap pencemaran. Logam berat dapat terakumulasi dalam organisme kerang,dan manusia yang mengkonsumsinya dapat memiliki risiko terhadap keracunan logam berat. Penelitian sebelumnya menunjukan perlakuan perendaman ternyata dapat meningkatkan kandungan logam dalam kerang . Depurasi merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengurangi kontaminasi dikerang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perendaman terhadap depurasi yang dilakukan dari tambak lorok.
