Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara empirik hubungan perceived organizational support (POS) dengan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada karyawan di PT. Astra International Daihatsu Semarang. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah ada hubungan positif antara perceived organizational support (POS) dengan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Subjek berjumlah 83 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan alat ukur skala organizational citizenship behavior dan skala perceived organizational support.
