Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi karyawan mengenai disiplin kerja, kinerja karyawan, dan pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sampelnya adalah karyawan bagian produksi PT. Kayu Mebel Indonesia berjumlah 66 orang. Teknik sampelnya menggunakan proportional random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menyatakan disiplin kerja dan kinerja karyawan termasuk kategori tinggi. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.
