Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Talent Management di PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Regional IV Semarang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu karyawan Very High Potential (VHP) yang berjumlah 40 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan talent management memiliki 4 proses, yaitu rekruitmen dan seleksi, identifikasi talent, pendidikan pelatihan dan pengakuan serta retensi. Semua karyawan mengikuti proses talent management dengan baik
