Abstract
Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is a protection effort that is shown to employees and other people who are occupied by work or companies that are safe and healthy so that the source of production can be used safely and efficiently. The researcher was interested in conducting research to identify the implementation of OSH in XXX companies, to find out whether K3 in XXX companies had been done correctly or had not been implemented. With questionnaire methods, interviews and observations. Descriptive statistical data analysis. Results of this study are that the application of occupational safety and health at PT. XXX has gone well, but there are still violations committed by employees due to lack of discipline that results in workplace accidents. Keywords: Identification, Occupational Safety and Health (K3).
