Abstract
This study aimed to examine to correlation between flow (X1) and authentic leadership (X2) with psychological well being (Y) on employee. The hypothesis of this study : (1) there was a relationship between flow and authentic leadership with psychological well being, (2) there was a relationship between flow with psychological well being, (3) there was a relationship between authentic leadership with psychological well being. This study uses correlational quantitative research method, and the data were collected using three (3) scales : Ryff Psychological Well Being (RPWB), The Work-Related Flow Inventory (WOLF), and Authentic Leadership. Technique sampling were used purposive sampling. Data were collected from 87 employees. Data were analyzed using Regression Analysis and Product Moment. The result showed that there was significant correlation between flow and authentic leadership with psychological well being (Rx1x2y = 0,615, with F = 25,531 and p < 0,01). Other result found that there was positive correlation with very significant between flow with psychological well being (rx1y = 0,528 with p < 0,01) and between authentic leadership with psychological well being (rx2y = 0,533 with p < 0,01). The higher flow situation and authentic leadership characteristic perceived, the higher psychological well being. Key Word : Flow, Authentic Leadership, Psychological Well Being
