Abstract
Koperasi Karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Cabang Semarang merupakan badan usaha yang bergerak dibidang jasa yang memiliki unit usaha simpan pinjam, unit usaha toko, unit usaha jasa dan PT MEGAWATT JAYA. Maju-mundurnya suatu koperasi sangat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelayanan dan kebijakan yang diberikan oleh koperasi tersebut. Dengan kata lain, berkembang atau tidaknya suatu koperasi sangat tergantung dari kualitas pelayanannya.
