Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Havindo Pakan Optima. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah 50 karyawan. Terdapat dua variabel yaitu motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan hasil bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.
