Abstract

Penelitian pada usaha ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menyusun dan merencanakan usaha SPIKOE OMAH KOENING yang ditinjau melalui beberapa aspek yaitu pemasaran, operasional, sumber daya manusia, dan keuangan. Pada perencanaan ini, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan cara observasi dan pembagian kuesioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa usaha SPIKOE OMAH KOENING layak untuk dijalankan dan dikembangkan guna mendapatkan keuntungan.
