Abstract

Penelitianinibertujuanuntukmengetahuigambaranperceived organizational support, kepuasankerja, dankomitmenorganisasionalkaryawan PT Rodeo Prima JayaSemarang. Selainitupenelitianinijugauntukmengetahuiapakahterdapatpengaruhperceived organizational supportterhadapkepuasankerjadanpengaruhperceived organizational supportterhadapkomitmenorganisasionaldarikaryawan.Penelitianinidilakukan di PT Rodeo Prima Jaya Semarang.Sampel yang digunakanialah 30 orang karyawan (staff) PT Rodeo Prima Jaya Semarang yang telahbekerja minimal selama 2 tahun.Metodepengumpulan data dilakukandenganmetodekuesionerdenganmenggunakanskalaLikert.Teknikanalisis data yang digunakanialahanalisisdeskriptifsertaanalisisregresi linear sederhana. Berdasarkananalisisdeskriptif, persepsikaryawanmengenaiperceived organizational support, kepuasankerja, dankomitmenorganisasionaltergolongdalamkategoritinggiyang berartikaryawanmemilikipersepsi yang tinggiterhadapdukungan yang diberikanorganisasi, Kepuasankerjadankomitmenorganisasionalmereka.
