Abstract

Tugas seorang perawat sangat berpotensi mengalami stres. Perawat dituntut untuk mampu bekerja secara efektif dan berkompetisi dengan perawat lainnya untuk mencapai target yang telah ditentukan oleh Rumah Sakit. Tuntutan yang dirasakan terlalu berat dapat menyebabkan perawat menjadi stres. Adanya perbedaan usia, jenis kelamin dan divisi dimana perawat dipekerjaan, maka para perawatpun akan mempunyai tingkat stres yang berbeda pula. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka akan diteliti apakah ada perbedaan stres kerja berdasarkan usia, jenis kelamin dan divisi pada perawat di RSUD Tugu Semarang.
