Abstract

Kepuasan kerja atau job satisfaction karyawan merupakan suatu bentuk pernyataan psikologis pekerja yang saat ini juga menjadi perhatian utama dalam bidang perilaku organisasional maupun manajemen sumber daya manusia. Penelitian terdahulu yang dilakukan oleh Judge dan Bono (2001) menyatakan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap self efficacy. Karena variabel kepuasan kerja adalah hal yang penting bagi setiap karyawan, maka setiap perusahaan harus memperhatikan hal itu, tidak terkecuali perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa pelayanan seperti Mitsubishi Sidodadi berlian Motor Semarang.
