Abstract
This report is talking about how Kalkun is implemented at IT department. Kalkun is a application open source web-based SMS (Short Message Service) management, Kalkun using Gammu as SMS gateway engine to deliver and retrieve messages from user phone or modem. It help the department to broadcast some information to their student. So, the department can change the way they deliver the information. Usually they used a piece of paper to give an announcement to their student. By using Kalkun, the department can save paper and support go green campaign.
