These behaviors appear because driven by goal orientation that is motivation, attitude and faith, also the ability to predict on time graduation. Actual behavior of task-commitment can generate productivity appears in very good, good, and average IPK; also bachelor thesis phase: field research, theoretical review, and proposal phase.
