Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui antara persepsi pola asuh otoriter dengan komunikasi interpersonal remaja dengan orangtua. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tujuh puluh lima orang siswasiswi SMP Pangudi Luhur Ambarawa kelas VIII. Untuk mengungkap hal tersebut digunakan dua skala psikologis, yaitu skala komunikasi interpersonal remaja dengan orangtua dan persepsi pola asuh otoriter. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi pota asuh otoriter ditinjau dari komunikasi interepersonal remaja dengan orangtua. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah ada hubungan negatif antara persepsi pola asuh otoriter dengan komunikasi interpersonal remaja dan orangtua. Analisis menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi product moment Pearson. Hasil hipotesis adatah adanya hubungan negatif antara persepsi pota asuh otoritcr dan komunikasi interpersonal remaja jengan orangtua.
