Abstract

The research focus on the resilience of women victims in Ambon conflict. Qualitative method is used in this research with study case approach. The objective is to learn the psychological dynamic of the resilience of women who were victims of Ambon conflict. Data gathering process in the research is conducted by interview and observation from four subjects. The subject in the research chosen by using a purposive technique, by choosing women who were victims of the conflict and already risen up without showing any traumatic signs. Gathered data are analyzed by using the theoretical coding method. This technique of data examination is based on four criterias; credibility, the switch over level, dependence, and certitude.
