Abstract

One Phase Topology Full Bridge Inverter requires high frequency switching to produce a stable current output with a good quality signal. Hence, the needs of a new current control strategy which enables high frequency switching and enables maximum switching performance becomes crucial thus a maximum switching hysteresis control strategy is the solution, however, the hysteresis switching control is unpredictable. In this paper proposed a limiting switching frequency to make a better control. This strategy is designed, simulated by PSIM software, and implemented on hardware. Based on the result of the simulation and hardware implementation in laboratory measurement, this strategy is able to produce a perfect pulse width modulation signal with a limiting frequency. Hence The frequency of microcontroller, driver, and power switches can be maximized. The quality of output current generated becomes more efficient and stable. The results calculated by Real-Time Simulation shows THD value of 4.33%
