Abstract
One of the factors that support the achievement of profit and market share expansion of a business entity is if the entity is none other than that have a good control system. A good control system, so it takes a business entity in order to provide a common belief in the achievement of a business entity. Through the components which are owned by the control system, an entity may find flaws - the fundamental weakness of the system both in terms of their organization's policy, risk, control, information and communication, as well as their monitoring. Therefore the purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of internal control in PT BMA and how to make corrections to improve performance.
