Abstract

This study aims to examine and identify factors that influence the anti-corruption policies of property, real estate & building construction companies in Indonesia. The factors used are the independence of the board of commissioners, competence of the audit committee, institutional ownership structure, managerial ownership structure, blockholder ownership structure, government ownership structure, and corporate governance. This study uses secondary data from the annual reports of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and on the official website of each company from 2013 to 2018. The data in this study were collected using purposive sampling, the sample used was 270 companies. The statistical test used is multiple linear regression with the results of the independence of the board of commissioners, the competence of the audit committee, institutional ownership structure and government ownership structure that have a positive effect on anti-corruption policies. Meanwhile, managerial ownership structure, blockholder ownership structure, and corporate governance have no influence on anti-curruption policies.
