Abstract
At this point, more and more business ventures with the increasing global competition that happens companies are expected to do the repair quality of the products the company produced Monica Collection is a company engaged in the making of baby equipment and supplies. In the production process, there is still a product defect which exceed the tolerance specified companies. Because of these problems need for quality improvement for mengahsilkan products with the appropriate standard. Six Sigma it is one of the quality improvement methods consist of the DMAIC (define, measure, analyze, improve, conrol). With these steps can reduce product defects are generated. Based on the research that's been done in the company of Monica Collection note that on side-Sling products are at the level of the sigma in January and February reached 2.23 2019 with the DPMO of 235,000 per million products. This shows that companies need to do quality improvement because it is still far from the level 6 σ. To do the analysis using the fishbone known root cause problems on companies so companies can dijadika company as a reference point to do the repair and pressing the defective product may be minimal. From this research peniliti also gives suggestions for more often provide training, supervision, and control for employees. Kata kunci : Six Sigma, DPMO, DMAIC ( Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Contol.
