Abstract

This research aims to propose a job description and job specifications at Cafe Coco De’Luna. This research was carried out because Cafe Coco De’Luna did not yet have a job description and job specifications in writing, making Cafe Coco De’Luna difficult to perform Human Resources activities. In this research, the population used was all positions in the company and uses primary data obtained from interviews and questionnaires. The data is used to conduct job analysis so that it can get a proposal for job descriptions and job specifications. The method used in this research is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP).
