Abstract

The research in this paper aims to determine the description of supply chain management on pillow and bolster products that occur in the Home Industry MONICA COLLECTION Semarang from the aspects of material flow, information flow and financial flow so that it can be used to maximize productivity performance in the company. The object of this research is the Home Industry MONICA COLLECTION, Semarang, located at Jalan Puri Anjasmoro B2 / 5 Semarang. The results of this study are solutions to problems that occur in the process of material flow, information flow and financial flow in the company.
