Abstract
Students are one of human resources. After graduating from university, they may join in working spaces that involve them in organizations. Human resources are essential for an organization because they have control of working the system in order to succeed in certain goals. In regard to enlightening the efforts to achieve the goals, human resources require not only competence but also morality and disciplinary. Management students in the Faculty of Economic and Business still have low disciplinary level because some of them have not abode and committed to the rules and regulations made by faculty. Thus, this study is used to find out the level of students' disciplinary and the factors that affect their disciplinary. The object of the study is management students batch 2016 and 2017. Data primer is collected from e-questioner, interview, and observation. Those data will be used to describe the level of disciplinary and the factors that affect students' disciplinary.
