Abstract

In today's modern business situation requires the role of companies that are able to keep up with the increasingly fierce competition to support business progress and to gain massive and maximum profits. The progress or failure of a company will be determined by the success of the company in implementing a strategy that has been planned carefully beforehand. Companies need to know whether the distribution channel is effective, namely whether the company's goals are achieved, how precisely the distribution channel meets the demand to serve the needs of consumers or target market segments and satisfy consumers. And I am interested in examining the effectiveness of distribution channels, based on the results of my research, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of distribution channels plays an important role in the continuity of the company.
